As a Senior BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and closing high-value deals in compliance-driven industries. You’ll target enterprise clients, leading negotiations and securing new business. This role requires a self-starter who excels at consultative sales and has experience closing large, complex deals.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage high-potential clients in regulated industries.
Sales Strategy: Develop targeted sales strategies to approach government and Fortune 500 companies.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of six- and seven-figure opportunities.
Proposal Generation & Responding to RFPs: Lead the process of planning, pricing, and communicating our offers.
Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close contracts with key decision-makers.
Revenue: Meet or exceed $2.5M in annual new business.
Pipeline Growth: Build a strong pipeline of high-value prospects.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Secure long-term, high-value clients.
Efficiency: Shorten the sales cycle while maintaining quality engagements.

Experience: 5+ years in business development or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing six- or seven-figure deals.
Skills: Strong consultative sales approach, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) is a plus.
